Refunds and Exchanges

You may contact us up to 14 days after your purchase if the sizing is off or you have changed your mind.

Unworn moccasins or other Hide and Sheep products must be returned within 21 days and be in their original condition. Upon return you will receive a full refund or an exchanged item will be mailed out.

If the original item you purchased is not in its original condition, any loss is on the customer, not Hide and Sheep.

Custom Orders & Items On Sale

Due to the nature of the order, custom items and sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
